My Personal Balanced Blend

They are STRONG, nothing gentle or polite about these scents, they smack you in the face… that’s the point! Slap that negative energy outta here!! That being said, when I start planning these recipes out they start much simpler and then Spirit guides me to add what seems like the whole apothecary, altar, garden, and kitchen sink in one bottle! There is A LOT of ingredients in each. Some are the backbone of the recipe for scent and others are merely a pinch for their spiritual essence.

They are all made with alcohol, as it’s the strongest extraction, and also quickly evaporates when sprayed, only leaving behind the scent.

I actually love to use these as a super cleansing hand sanitizer, and leaves behind the scent. I spray my hands with these before doing healing work, and they are especially great to spray on hands and rub in before using massage oil for body work!

This is my Feminine, Spring/Summer, Solar, Fire, Joy, Unity, Abundance, punch you in the face with flowers protection spray. You may laugh, but that's honestly a visual I hold in mind while clearing spaces or doing energy work and reach for this spray. Yes it's feminine and goddess like and summery, but it's also everything negativity can't stand.

This protection pray is made with the DreamWorld in mind. So it uses very powerful 3rd Eye, intuition enhancing, and night time Moon energy herbs and properties to protect us in our vulnerable state while we sleep. We spend 1/3 of our lives in the DreamWorld, lets make sure we are protected!

This is my personal blend and the intention was to incorporate my own personal touches with both scent and items used from my spiritual practice, personal garden, altar, and special items in my apothecary.

Nice Spice

This is by far my most potent spray yet... if you can seriously even imagine if you're familiar with my sprays. No joke, 1-2 sprays is plenty. As many complex and even spicy ingredients are in this spray, what I get most on the nose is coffee and sweet spice! There are undertones of hot spice and kitchen herbs, but again, somehow through beautiful magic, wonderfully balanced!

Super fragrant and pungent spices usually also pack a powerful spiritual punch! I learned this a few years ago putting cayenne pepper in my homemade cleaning spray for protection! So.... I went all spices overboard with this to try out a super complex and largely robust spice spray.

What I didn't expect is for so much coffee to come through! Coffee is a powerful manifesting substance. So I think Spirit guided me to make a dual purpose clearing/protecting AND manifesting spray!

This would be ideal for spellwork! Use the dual power of both cleansing AND manifesting postive energy to surround you and fill your space. Try this blend out in your healing practice work space, to cleanse your hands during energy work or massage! Be sure your client jives with this scent becasue it is unforgivingly STRONG!

Ya'll know I'm obsessed with Rose, it's in pretty much every product of mine I can put it into. I incorporate Rose whenever I use Tobacco, it's kind of my signature touch if you will. It's in every Spirit Plate, sacred fire blend, adn recipe i can possibly put it in. I even have tobacco and rose in my metal singing bowl. My favorite blend of altar herbs that I use for sessions and ceremonies:

As you all might have noticed in my products or in ceremonies, events, or healing work with me, I always use tobacco and rose. So those two are very prevalent in my products and presence. I carry alllllll kinds of crazy witchy shamanic magickal goodness in my medicine bag though! So I recreated what I usually blend together on the fly from my smudge tote of wonders.

Add to a spirit plate for your altar or during ceremony. Sprinkle into a sacred fire. Place a pinch into your ceremonial paper before burning. Sprinkle on Mother Earth for cleansing, gratitude, and protection. Allow its use to guide you, speak to you, and offer it up with so much gratitude. This blend is extremely protective, but also ushers in a ton of love, abundance, and consciousness. Please use with deep reverence.

Blue Lotus

2 Whole Blue Lotus Flowers $7

Ancient Egyptians most revered enlightenment herb. 3rd Eye Chakra and Pineal Gland. Dream Work. Purity. Feminine. Water Element Medicine.

Blue Lotus is psychoactive, similar to Cannabis, so please use sparingly until you understand how this medicine affects you and always reach out for guidance if you feel called. This medicine is DreamWorld and intuition medicine, so it induces sleep. And is also used for deep muscle relaxation.

For tea, use 2-5 petals (blue part) and a small pinch of stamens (yellow part) to start or to add to your loose leaf blend.

For smoking, use 1-3 petals and a few stamens torn or ground. Best blended with another herb as it is thin and papery, so it burns hot and fast which can cause throat discomfort.

Once you understand how this medicine affects you, feel free to use larger doses for a deeper experience with Spirit, and please consume in a safe space where you are able to lie down and sleep. You can place a whole flower or both in a cup of tea and consume, and this will take you on a spiritual journey.

Hand-Ground Eggshell

🐣Eggshell - A symbol of Creation itself and therefore a powerful item used in ritual and protection work. I offer this mostly as an alternative to Black Salt when needed for clearing spaces and sprinkling outside directly on the Earth, as salt eats away the soil and eggshells replenish it! This is used to dispel negative energy and lay a shield of protection. These are also all from a shaman's farm and hand ground.

Smudges are made for burning. Herbs are cut and bound while still fresh with a natural fiber (mine are hemp) into long sticks that can be lit over and over. They are used to clear energy and lay down energetic protection. Likewise you can also use herbs in other forms with fire such as incense, resins, and sprinkling loose herbs in Sacred Fires during ceremony. Each herb holds its own unique frequency of cleansing and protective energy, and comes from various lineages around the world in its use. I have smudges and kits assembled for you.

Sumdges are light sensitive. They will still work and burn, but their color will drastically fade and change if left in direct sunlight overtime.

Golden Milk Mix: Regular & w/ Coconut Powder

Ayurvedic Medicine!

High in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, heart health, gut health, immune boosting, nervous system regulating, all around health boosting beverage! Enjoy daily!

Traditionally drank in warmed milk, (animal or plant milk), and an added teaspoon or two of either ghee or coconut oil (I recommend MCT). I have created 2 versions to best fit your lifestyle:

Regular Golden Milk Mix would be added to warmed milk, with coconut oil or ghee, and a natural sweetener of your choice such as honey or maple syrup. Milk can be added in addition, similar to coffee. This mix can also be enjoyed as a tea with lemon & honey!

I've also made a version with organic dehydrated coconut milk. I use this when I am on the go, camping, or simply don't want to take the time to warm the milk (do NOT boil, just warm).

(I highly suggest to not ever warm milk in the microwave, it can easily burn. Best if slowly warmed on the stovetop with consistent stirring.)

Whichever version suits you best, this is a wonderful Ayurvedic remedy for overall health! It is very warming, activates the digestive fire (Agni), is best suited for balancing Vata & Kapha constitutions, and builds "vital essence" or immunity (Ojas).

This is bitter and spicy due to the turmeric, ginger and some black pepper (needed to activate the turmeric). I've added additional ingredients to make it more palatable and enjoyable, but in keeping with Ayurvedic Tradition. I highly recommend using a natural sweetener to combat spiciness.

Two smaller sizes have a touch more beeswax in it to help keep it compact for on the go! The larger size is a tad looser for at home use and easier for using all over body.

All sizes are same formula, same fantastic deep relief healing power, and can be used all over body and lips. (Test for facial use, depending on your skin type and if acne prone, could be fine or this could be way too heavy for facial use. Will vary from person to person.)

Mineral Toothpastes

These toothpastes both detox and re-mineralize our overall oral health.

Coconut oil is antibacterial and naturally detoxes by pulling out impurities, mixed with Baking Soda they create a powerful and well-known toothpaste base that polishes, cleans, and reduces odor. I've also infused the coconut oil with three herbs that help with overall oral health, Calendula, Horsetail, and Peppermint. When you add Bentonite Clay, and Diatomaceous Earth, you add more detoxing power, and more importantly, minerals. This is a missing element in so many of our daily habits. Minerals are so important for our health, giving our body the building blocks it needs to repair and function at full capacity.

Natural toothpaste is very different from today's standard toothpaste and definitely takes some getting used to. The presence of baking soda gives a "salty" flavor, and mixed with the diatomaceous earth, create a "gritty" texture. This is needed for polishing and eliminating plaque build up. There also are no foaming agents or heavy synthetic flavoring. Natural medicine/remedies can take getting used to, but these are made with high quality ingredients that are all combined for much needed oral health benefits.

The coconut oil and bentonite clay make the smoothest texture I've created thus far, and toothpaste was one of the first remedies I started playing with almost 10 years ago.

This is an oil based product and will fluctuate texture with the temperature. If it gets too warm, it will "melt," place in the fridge or somewhere cool to firm back up. Product may separate, simply mix with a spoon to recombine. To use: wet your toothbrush to loosen bristles, only if desired, not necessary. Use back of toothbrush head to scoop a small amount and then flip brush to apply to the bristles. No need to wet it! Just start brushing. Work into all teeth and take your time. Rinse as normal.

I like to keep a small sponge at my sink bowl to wipe out the sink afterward, especially Black & White version.

Peppermint

Spiced Cacao w/ Orange Oil

Yes... I did this... I made a Cacao toothpaste! If you know me personally, you know I'm pretty much always drinking Cacao & sharing it with others! When I was studying more ways to make toothpaste, I came across a recipe with Cacao and spices and was totally sold!

This one has all the same great ingredients as the classic version, but with some additions:

Cacao may sound strange and out of place, but its incredibly high in antioxidants, and helps creates a creamy texture. Not to mention, um, it tastes like chocolate! This does not make the toothpaste sweet! Cacao is dark, intense, and very bitter. I would suggest having a preference at least for dark chocolate or have some familiarity with cacao.

Ginger is incredible for inflammation which is wonderful for our gum health! It is also antimicrobial and antifungal, promoting a healthy oral environment and fresh breath.

Along with cinnamon & clove and all the magical properties they bring, this is a powerhouse of a toothpaste with an emphasis on gum health! I added orange oil because how could I not?

This could be an easy approachable window into natural toothpaste, or totally out there! I think this one comes down to personal preference. It's similar to an unsweetened brownie batter with a strong spice kick from the ginger, cinnamon, and clove, which also give a slight numbing effect. I'm obsessed with cacao so this is now my daily toothpaste and I feel like I'm spoiling myself every time I use it! Give it try!

Tinctures

(All in Alcohol)

A tincture is a concentrated form of medicine and therefore taken down to the mL, if not drops. All of my tinctures are made with alcohol, as it is the strongest extractant and quickest bioavailable method of concentrated medicine delivery. Although myself abstains from recreational alcohol consumption, I still use tinctures daily. They produce the strongest medicinal effects. This is a personal decision and there are other forms of tinctures available in other markets. I would also like to eventually move into more vinegar based oxymels in the future, but I stick with alcohol because of its potency and long shelf life. These are continuously changing and evolving. Reach out with further questions or needed guidance, this is strong medicine! This can absolutely be diluted or added to a hot tea for some of the alcohol to evaporate off. I may also have more available than currently pictured.

Mullein Tincture

(Vodka or Tequila)

#1 Respiratory herb out there… seriously, game changer if you don’t already know about Mullein. This one is in tequila for easier bioavailability and ease on digestion. I also have it available with vodka upon request.

Mullein is an expectorant, meaning that when you cough it makes the cough productive, coughing up and out what the lungs want to expel. Equally, it will calm an unproductive cough and provide a great deal of comfort during illness where breathing is affected and during allergy seasons. Great for smokers or those quitting smoking. This will help get out the gunk that really needs to come out. (It's gross, be prepared.)

Sleep Aid/Anxiety Relief

Duel purpose and very relaxing. Smaller dose is for anxiety and relaxation without drowsiness, full dose will help induce sleep and help you sleep more soundly. Wild Lettuce

Also known as "opium lettuce," Wild Lettuce is used as a pain-reliever, muscle relaxant, and nervine suppressant. It has a very calming effect on the nervous system and muscles. It does NOT contain any opiates and is much milder than narcotics.

Best used for nerve pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, headaches, and deep aches and pains.

This is a heavier pain reliever. So I use 1-2mL for general aches and pain and to help manage my chronic pain daily. For more severe pain relief, I use 3-5mL with the intention to rest and be in bed, as this may make you foggy or sleepy.

Bath Tub Remedies

All the following remedies are for the bath tub or a foot soak! This is the detox bath soak I have blended and packaged, but I could make you something else if needed, as this one is quite strong. I also love to use herbs in the bath, but often find myself not utilizing as much due to the clean up afterward. So I started putting them in a tea bag and have done the same for you! I have three blends available, and have offered some single varieties to try out or add on with other herbs. You can always add essential oils, milks, oats, and honey's to your bath to make it more healing and luxurious! Try dropping your essential oils directly onto your tea bag before dropping into the water! As always please reach out with any questions!

Detox Bath or Foot Soak

This is a Real Mac Daddy DETOX soak… ain’t no playing around here. Full strength for heavy detox, but plenty of mineralizing ingredients to replenish what you need. Use all at once or break up for easier soaks.

Detoxes parasites, heavy metals, toxins, pathogens, and stagnant energy. The heat from the bath opens your pores and these special ingredients draw the toxins out. But we don't just want to pull out and take away, we want to also replenish. So there are mineralizing ingredients to give back what your body needs most.

That being said, this is a detox, so PLEASE drink water before, during, and after!

Entire tub can be used for one bath (ideal for heaviest detox effect) or could be split into 2-3 for more gentle detox bath.

Could be split into 2-4 foot soaks depending on desired strength. We don't always need to go hard! If you are new to detoxing or have chronic health concerns, please ease your way into this. There's no shame but honor in "knowing thyself!" Easy does it is sometimes just the ticket. It's also important to incorporate awareness and potential changes in diet and additional supplements such as something for lymphatic drainage support (Cleavers Tincture: see below), or adding daily minerals such as Celtic Grey Sea Salt or Shilajit (see below for sea salt).
